Q. Who are My Home Gymnastics?
We are a UK based company who have designed and produced a full range of gymnastics equipment especially for use at home. We are a small, family business based in Leicestershire.
Q. How do I order from My Home Gymnastics?
We process all our orders through our website, you can pay using most major Credit or Debit cards we also accept PayPal payments. If you’re having trouble placing your order online, we can also take payments over the phone – contact us on 0330 100 5132 and we’ll be able to help.
Q. When will I receive my equipment?
We aim to ship all orders received and paid in full before 11:00am for a next working day delivery. You can specify an alternative delivery date any working day Monday to Friday. Some post codes will have a 48 hour delivery time – you’ll always be informed of your expected delivery date when your order is dispatched.
Q. Can I return an item I have brought from My Home Gymnastics?
If an item is faulty we will be happy to have it collected and a replacement send out right away free of charge. If you change your mind within 14 days we can still arrange a collection for a small charge. Once we receive the goods back in a re-sailable condition we can process your refund minus the collection charge. We’ll always inform you of how much the collection charge will be before booking the collection. If you prefer to arrange your own return, that’s not a problem.
Q. What happens if my items are damaged?
If any items are clearly damaged when taking delivery please inform the couriers, you can refuse the delivery and the items will be returned to us. Once the item is back with us we will send a replacement right away. Please inform us of any returns at firstname.lastname@example.org If your items are damaged when unwrapped please send us full details including the issue along with any possible images to email@example.com and we will process this right away.
Q. How much does delivery cost I don’t see any prices online?
We offer FREE delivery on all UK Mainland orders. For delivery outside of UK Mainland please drop us an email with your delivery address and we will put a quote together for you.
Q. Why do you charge to deliver to Northern Ireland?
Unfortunately due to an increase in shipping costs we have had to begin charging for this delivery service – we subsidise the shipping charges by the amount it would cost us to send to a mainland address to try and make it fair to our customers. If we did not charge for delivery to Northern Ireland we would not be able to take any orders from there as the increased cost of shipping would make it unfeasible for us.
Q. Why is my shipping time 48 hours not 24 hours?
Some postcodes are on a 48 hour delivery time due to their distance away from us in Leicestershire, or because they are in a particularly remote location that takes longer for delivery services to access.
Q. Is it hard to set up your equipment?
Most items do not require any setting up, items such as the My Home Gymnastics High Bar do require assembly but do come with full instructions and all the tools needed. If you need another copy of the instructions just ask and we’ll be happy to supply them.
Q. Where can I get advice on what to order for my child?
We are always happy to chat about our products – feel free to drop us an email at any time on firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call during office hours on 03301005132. We also recommend talking to your child’s gymnastics coach as they will also be able to offer good advice as to which pieces would be most beneficial.
Q. Do I really need to use mats with the equipment?
We recommend using some sort of matting with ALL of our equipment. Gymnastics can be dangerous so safety matting will keep everyone safe. Please stay within your limits and consult a professional coach when learning new skills.
Q. Can I come and collect my order or see the equipment set up?
Our storage facility does not allow public access and we do not have a showroom. We try to provide as many pictures and lots of information to make it as easy as possible to make a decision on which equipment is going to be best for you. If you would prefer to collect your equipment rather than have it sent to you, this needs to be arranged with us in advance.
